- “The Hague fits our brand identity, especially the Binckhorst area. And the city has a favourable climate for entrepreneurs.”

ImpactCity is a programme run by the municipality of The Hague that aims to stimulate entrepreneurs in The Hague who make a social impact. Based on the motto “doing good & doing business”, ImpactCity helps entrepreneurs to start up, grow and increase their social and sustainable impact.
We are celebrating our tenth anniversary with a campaign that focuses on the real impact makers, who are, of course, the entrepreneurs. There are now more than 200 impact enterprises active in The Hague. We have selected ten entrepreneurs who have a major influence on the impact ecosystem in The Hague. You will encounter them in various places:
From 21 October to 3 November, large posters were displayed around the city featuring the ten entrepreneurs with a nice quote. Did you spot them?
In the exhibition ‘10 Years of ImpactCity,’ ten selected entrepreneurs from The Hague take you behind the scenes. They show how they contribute to the major social challenges we all face. In addition, ImpactCity’s most important milestones from the past ten years are highlighted in the form of a timeline: from the start of the international community to the successes of impact entrepreneurs from The Hague who are making a positive contribution worldwide.
The exhibition was open to the public from 28 October until 27 November in the Atrium of the City Hall: Spui 70, The Hague.
On 30 October, it was no coincidence that the tenth edition of ImpactFest took place, a special anniversary edition where you could meet impact entrepreneurs from The Hague and, of course, attend many sessions on the fitting theme: Under Pressure.
