We’re happy to announce:

MyCleanCity app launches in The Hague Laakkwartier

As part of the City of The Hague’s Startup in Residence program, startup Savana Solutions has been working on its MyCleanCity mobile application. The application enables residents to work together to achieve a cleaner city. Savana Solutions is now getting ready to launch the app on January 24th, by kicking off its pilot project in The Hague’s Laakkwartier area.

The City of The Hague’s Startup in Residence program forges connections between startups and the municipality. Ultimately, it hopes to open up its system of public tendering to startups and, as a result, to encourage innovation within its own ranks. Savana Solutions founder Prashant Shukla says, “It wasn’t always easy, but the municipality really opened its arms to us. It was a challenge to come up with an effective way to navigate the process together but, in the end, we managed splendidly”.

Interested to learn more about the project? Savana Solutions extends its invitation to join the application launch at Stichting Mooi Jongerenwerk at Cromvlietplein 120 on 24 January 2018 between 5-8PM. The MyCleanCity app is downloadable in the App Store and via Google Play. Also check into the MyCleanCity website for more info.
