Open discussion on Ukraine at the Hague Humanity Hub

Humanity Hub City Centre, Fluwelen Burgwal 58, 2511 CJ, Den Haag, Zuid-Holland

Join fellow professionals in The Hague’s ecosystem for a more peaceful and just world for an open discussion on the crisis in Ukraine.

Note: this is not a public event, but invite-only. Feel free to share with relevant colleagues. Unfortunately, we will not accept registrations from students or other members of the general public.

As we enter the sixth day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, we are inviting fellow professionals in The Hague’s ecosystem for a more peaceful and just world to an open discussion on the growing crisis in Ukraine and the responses that our community can offer. This meeting will take place at the Humanity Hub City Centre, this Wednesday (2 March) from 17:00.

If you’re a member of the Hub community, the Hague ecosystem or otherwise working in the fields of peace and security, humanitarian action, countering disinformation, justice and the rule of law, or other relevant fields, you may have questions, ideas, concerns or insights that you would like to share.

This is a fast-moving situation, and we think it’s important to respond by inviting all concerned ecosystem members to join the discussion. Please share with relevant colleagues.

We currently have no set agenda for this meeting. Our aim is to create a safe place for discussion and to make connections. We will facilitate an open dialogue, ‘unconference’ style.

If you have specific ideas and suggestions to contribute, please share these in advance. We want to work with you to shape this meeting and to make it as useful as possible.

Also: One former Hub member will be travelling to the Ukrainian border on Wednesday evening, carrying humanitarian supplies by car. You can contact her here if you have any support you would like to offer.
