ChangeNOW 2025: join the delegation from The Hague

The ChangeNOW summit unites leaders and changemakers from around the world to collaborate and address the most pressing environmental and social challenges. ImpactCity offers an opportunity to visit ChangeNOW as part of the delegation from The Hague, where you can showcase innovative solutions, expand your network, and learn from others in the field.

About ChangeNOW

From April 24 to 26, 2025, the eighth edition of the three-day international summit ChangeNOW takes place in Paris. One of the most renowned and largest international conferences on the challenges facing our planet. Themes such as climate, sustainability, biodiversity, circular economy, energy, food & agriculture, mobility, and ocean & water are addressed.

ChangeNOW unites entrepreneurs, business leaders, and policymakers to join forces and take concrete actions to address these challenges. In 2024, 40,000 people from 140 countries participated in ChangeNOW. This year, the event will take place at the Grand Palais, an impressive and even larger location than in previous years.

ImpactCity participates in this event on behalf of the Municipality of The Hague and a select number of impact makers from The Hague can join. Participants in this trip receive an entrance ticket for all three conference days, among other things.

Goal of the trip

The primary goal of this trip is for participants to do business with foreign companies and investors. Besides that, ChangeNOW fits in well with the policy of the municipality of The Hague in the field of impact, as the International City of Peace and Justice, and with the work of many NGOs, startups, impact investors, and hubs based in The Hague. The international congress, therefore, offers an excellent opportunity to represent the city of The Hague with a large global community, to attract international impact entrepreneurs, investors, NGOs, and international organisations.

Delegation from The Hague

In the context of the above objectives, ImpactCity will bring a delegation from The Hague of NGOs, startups, impact investors, and representatives of hubs who will participate in ChangeNOW from April 24 to 26.

What to expect?

• Selected participants receive a free entrance ticket worth approximately € 500,- which gives them full access to the three-day conference;
• ImpactCity The Hague has a Country Pavillion together with the Municipality of Amsterdam at the event to showcase concrete innovations: all delegation participants can use this as a base and meeting point;
• A select number of participants (startups from The Hague) have the opportunity to showcase their solution at the Country Pavillion;
• A select number of participants (startups from The Hague) have the opportunity to pitch their solution to potential future investors;
• A select number of participants (investors from The Hague) receive an investor ticket with the ability to attend the tailored investor experience;
• A select number of participants (investors from The Hague) have the opportunity to act as judges during thematic pitch sessions;
• Participants receive access and invitations to targeted private networking events happening at ChangeNOW;
• An invite-only side event organised by ImpactCity The Hague and the Municipality of Amsterdam on a specific topic (to be determined);
• Last year, ImpactCity organised an exclusive networking reception in collaboration with the Dutch embassy in France to which the entire delegation was invited: this year, we strive to set up something similar;
• All participants receive an invitation to a pre-event organised by ImpactCity The Hague and the Municipality of Amsterdam to get to know the delegation.
