We are pleased to invite you to the Offshore Test Site Event, taking place on Tuesday, 10 March 2026, at Campus@Sea in Scheveningen.
Organised in close collaboration with Offshore Proof, this event brings together innovators, technology developers, researchers, policymakers and users who are actively shaping the future of offshore innovation. Whether you are already testing offshore or exploring the possibilities, this afternoon offers inspiration, insight and practical takeaways.
During the event, you will hear real-world test experiences, gain insight into the latest developments at the Offshore Test Site (OTS), and learn how offshore testing supports innovation, validation and scaling in a controlled, real-life marine environment. The programme highlights what is already possible today and how the OTS is used in practice by a wide range of users.

A strong and diverse group of speakers will share their practical experiences:
- Cas van de Voort (WECO Energy) on testing and further developing wave energy technology.

- Fonz Dekkers (Ministry of Climate and Green Growth) on the importance of innovation, testing at sea, and supportive government policy.
