Are you thinking of a career with a positive impact with a with a background in international development, finance or economics? Sometimes it can even be difficult to imagine what such a potential career path can look like, or to know where to begin. Perhaps you are interested in sustainability, labour conditions, migration or asymetrical global power dynamics and would like to find out more about how to apply those thematic interests into a career direction outside of the academic world. Or maybe you are simply eager to gain more career and skills guidance and advice from a successful professional who also studied at ISS.

That’s why we invite you to join ‘The Handshake’: an event series inviting senior figures from the world of peace & justice and “for good” sectors to reveal the ins and outs of their careers and network with students! There will be moderated conversation, time for Q&As from the audience, and networking. For this session we are joined by an ISS alumn Michelle Munteanu!
