The peace&justice café is The Hague Humanity Hub’s premier networking event series for cross-sectoral connection and collaboration for a more peaceful and just world. This event brings together peacebuilders, justice innovators, researchers, humanitarians, impact entrepreneurs, policy makers and other changemakers from The Hague and around the world. By strengthening connections, we can come up with concrete solutions to today’s complex and urgent problems and thus increase collective impact. It is a hybrid event, some sessions will only be available to attendees joining online!
Humanitarian Innovation
Join us in the next edition of the peace&justice café as we delve into the pressing theme of Humanitarian Innovation. In a world grappling with increasing humanitarian challenges, it has become imperative to innovate our approach towards addressing these crises. Seeking to address the evolving needs of affected populations and the complex nature of humanitarian crises, Humanitarian Innovation has become a central focus in reevaluating the overall humanitarian policy agenda. During this next peace&justice café, we aim to facilitate an open conversation about the current state of affairs of Humanitarian innovation, the challenges faced, and the necessary steps to advance humanitarian innovation. The conversation will be facilitated by engaging roundabout sessions each tackling humanitarian innovation from a different perspective. These roundabouts provide an opportunity to dive into specific aspects of humanitarian innovation and connect with participants interested in similar topics. We aim to create an environment that encourages open dialogue and collaboration among diverse stakeholders representing different perspectives in the humanitarian innovation field.
