Learning Circle #2: How to run a successful pilot?

You believe in the value of your solution and have validated the problem-solution fit by engaging in conversations with your potential customers. But there are still questions to be answered: about the solution itself, the behaviour of your customers when using your solution and most importantly: the value and impact that it can bring. In order to be able to sell to a broader audience, you also have to prove that it works in real life and customers are happy. A pilot is the perfect way to get the answers and create the traction you’re looking for. This Learning Circle will teach you how to sell, set up and run a successful pilot. Inspiring speakers, experts and peer founders will take you through the topic.

Learning Circle
The Learning Circle is a 4 week deep dive where you will explore all aspects of this topic. You will be inspired by and get insights from experts and learn how to apply these insights to your own situation. On top of that, you will learn a lot from your fellow impact founders through peer to peer sessions in smaller groups.

Together with your peers, you will be taken through the topic in 4 weeks. Every week we will dive into a specific aspect of piloting:

Week 1: setting your goals and targets for the pilot

Week 2: selling the pilot

Week 3: maximising the value of the pilot

Week 4: taking the next steps towards market entry

Every week there are 3 sessions, each with a different approach

Live Talks
On Tuesdays, you will get inspired by the Live Talks, in which we feature experts and thought leaders on the topic. You will learn from successful founders, corporate innovators and startup enablers that all are experienced in running pilots.

Deep Dive
On Thursdays, you will learn from an expert how to implement the insights from the Live Talks in your own situation.

The Friday sessions are dedicated to peer to peer learning, where you can tap into the experience and learnings of your fellow founders.

What you will get
At the end of the intense learning circle, you will be ready to design, sell and run a successful pilot for your venture. You will also know how to follow up on a pilot and take the next steps towards a broader market introduction.

You will gain insights from the speakers, experts and your peers and learn how to translate these insights into an actionable plan for your pilot.

Practical information
The Learning Circle programme consists of 4 weeks of sessions following this pattern: on Tuesdays, there will be a Live Talk session with a speaker. On Thursdays, there will be a Deep Dive session with one of our experts and on Fridays, there will be a peer-to-peer session guided by one of our mentors. The first session will be on the 20th of September. All sessions take place from 12:00 – 13:30 CET and will be completely online.
