Circulair Kompas
From September 2025, ImpactCity will bring Noorderwind’s programme ‘Circulair Kompas’ to the city of The Hague. This practical, eight-week programme supports entrepreneurs in developing a concrete circular roadmap for their business.
We’re doing this in co-creation with chain partners, policymakers, experts, and others involved.
For whom?
Participation in the ‘Circulair Kompas’ programme is for circular entrepreneurs and the co-creation days are meant for employees of the municipality, regional partners, and other interested parties who are willing to help think, learn, inspire, and build tomorrow’s circular economy.

ImpactCity and the Municipality of The Hague are offering 10 spots to entrepreneurs ready for the next step. The introductory interviews will take place in the week of August 25.
- Introductory interviews: in the week of August 25
- Co-creation day 1: September 19, 2025, 13:00 – 17:00 at the Haagse Hogeschool (participation as a partner by invitation only)
- Co-creation day 2: October 30, 2025, during ImpactFest (participation as a partner by invitation only)

Please note
This program isn’t an incubator or accelerator aimed at helping businesses reach profitability faster. It’s a so-called ‘co-creator’ program, aimed at boosting the circular transition in the city by encouraging collaborations. During Co-creation Day 1, entrepreneurs present their questions to potential partners.
Whether entrepreneurs succeed in making new connections and developing new plans with those connections during the program depends partly on the quality and relevance of the network present on Co-creation Day 1, but also on the availability of attendees in the following weeks to actually work with the entrepreneurs.
If, as a partner attending the Co-creation Day, you meet an entrepreneur whom you can help, we expect you to have time in your schedule to get work done in the weeks following that day. So, please keep that in mind. Only then will the program truly help us all hone our circular course!
